Over the last month, Montanans from across the state have voiced their concerns for the rivers they love and have offered ways to protect those rivers. These folks have some things in common. They all share the sentiment that rivers are valuable and access and enjoyment of our rivers enhances our quality of life in Montana. They also believe that Wild and Scenic river designation is an important tool available to permanently protect the highest quality rivers we have.
The following letters to the editor come from different voices around Montana, but share the same vision and hope for the future of our rivers.
